I write this with the heaviest of hearts. Sheebba passed over the Rainbow Bridge today. She was happy right up until the end though she’d been through so much in her life. She was my first to introduce me to Siberian Huskies and she was the best of the breed in her heart. She was smart, never judged dog or human, loved cats and always there to cry with when things were not going well. I have a huge hole in my heart at the moment and yet I can think of so many wonderful times we’ve had. This past fall at the Greater St. Louis specialty she was just like a three year old kid….wanting to meet everyone and never complaining about anything. Her blindness and strokes never gave her a bad day – she truely believed in living every day to the fullest. I know you lose a part of yourself when someone you love passes on. Hopefully Spice, Old Gent and Angel will meet her and they will watch over me 🙂
